Founded in 2018, CAV Design Solutions is the vision of two mechanical engineers who wanted to bridge the gap between concept and creation. With a background in hands-on engineering and problem-solving, we bring practical experience and innovative thinking to every project.
We specialise in CAD modelling, FEA analysis, reverse engineering, fabrication-ready documentation, and bespoke builds.
Our portfolio spans industries, from designing 30-tonne hydraulic boat trailers and architectural steel frames to industrial access platforms.
